Meet Jennifer Radostits from Northwestern Mutual. Jennifer shares her inspiring story of entering a male-dominated career with a goal of helping women grow their financial wealth. Um… can you say POWERHOUSE?!

For many women, myself included, just thinking about our finances is enough to stop us in our tracks.

Jennifer helps to take the fear out of finances and walks her clients through every step of the process to help empower them in understanding money and building wealth.

In one sentence describe your business

I empower ambitious women with financial fitness plans that bring their bold visions to life, while taking the questions out of wealth building.

How does your business make an impact?

I build confidence in women. When you’re confident you’re unstoppable.

What is the mission of your business?

To educate women on financial plans right for their business and family. In addition I want to help break the generational debt cycle by helping clients teach good financial habits to their children.

What is your big dream for your business?

The ultimate goal is simultaneously bring tremendous impact to American Women and build stability for my family.

What has been your favorite part about working in your business?

Realizing the need for women in my career and the impact we are having on women.

What are 3 words that describe who you are?

Christian, Wife, Leader

What is your superpower?

I am open about my faith and don’t apologize about it.

What makes you a Lady ChangeMaker?

I believe in women empowering women – my practice is built on this same mission.

How did you come up with your business idea?

I was sick of the corporate world – reached out to my financial advisor – and he said… you should try doing what I do…. I know not so creative.

What has been the biggest failing lesson in your business?

Failing an exam- it made me realize that I didn’t fail it because I’m not smart – I failed because I didn’t prepare. I have to make sure that I’m managing my time appropriately and prioritizing certian things during certain periods of my life for overall success.

When did you know you your business was bigger than you?

When I had a single mom of 3 say – Thank you for doing what you’re doing – we need so much women supporting women in this world.

How can women best support you and your business?

Where do you see your business in 5 years?

My practice will have grown substantially. I will have niched down my clientele basis even more and I’ll be managing a successfull business while raising kids.
